Soup, Egg flower, two minutes

Pa’s two minute egg flower soup

1 Pack Maggi two minute oriental noodles
2 cups water
1/2 cup frozen stir fry veges
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Grind of pepper

Boil the water, chuck in noodles, keep boiling, at the one minute mark, throw in veges and flavour sachet, stir.
At the two minute mark, reduce to simmer, drizzle in the beaten egg all around the surface.
Don’t touch until egg has set.
Put in bowl, eat.
